Return Policy

1. General Conditions for Returns:

   • All returns must be accompanied by a bill of sale and the original packaging.
   • No returns are accepted on special orders.
   • Electrical and carburetor parts are non-returnable.
   • Helmets cannot be returned or exchanged.
   • Used riding gear is not eligible for returns.
   • All sale items are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns.

2. Snowblower Returns:

   • No returns or refunds are allowed on snowblowers. For further information, please contact our sales team at 613-731-9071.

3. Return Window:

   • Returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase.

4. Return Methods:

   • In-Store: Returns can be made directly at our store.
   • Online Purchases: Items purchased online can be shipped back to the store at the customer's expense. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Pricing Policy:

• In the event of pricing discrepancies, affected orders will be cancelled and refunded accordingly.
