Return Policy

General Conditions for Returns:
- All returns must be accompanied by a bill of sale and the original packaging.
- No returns are accepted on special orders.
- Electrical and carburetor parts are non-returnable.
- Helmets cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Used riding gear is not eligible for returns.
- All sale items are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns.

Snowblower Returns:
- No returns or refunds are allowed on snowblowers. For further information, please contact our sales team at 613-731-9071.

Return Window:
- Returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Return Methods:
- In-Store: Returns can be made directly at our store.
- Online Purchases: Items purchased online can be shipped back to the store at the customer's expense. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Pricing Policy:
- In the event of pricing discrepancies, affected orders will be cancelled and refunded accordingly.
